Yes,he is none other than Yeshu Agarwal

So Yeshu, Please Introduce Yourself To Our Readers 

I'm the Founder of WebsVento, founded in 2012.
WebsVento is a complete Web solution Provider, which provides full range of services like High End Software Development, Website Design and Development, Web Hosting, Mobile App Development and Search Engine Optimisation service.

Our dream is to open physical retail type of store of WebsVento in every city where customer can come and easily get their dreams developed. There is much demand of these web services but nowadays customer are not able to find a good company who can provide them quality service at reasonable rate. So right now we are focusing to fill this gap by providing quality service to our client.

When did you come to know about Web Dvelopment and how did you get started with it?

Since my school days I had a dream to be a website developer and from those school days I started making websites. In 2009 I made my first website using blogger. From that time, I learned a lot about making websites using HTML, CSS, PHP.
While these learning and development stage I learnt a lot about site optimization, server administration, UI design, making plugins for CMS like wordpress etc.

Great! Now giving a break to the techie stuff,tell us something about your hobbies and interests?

My hobbies are
- to play computer games. I like to play NFS & GTA series.
- do computer programming
- Swimming
- Learning new IT technologies.

And Interest:
-Internet Surfing.
-Playing chess.
-Travelling.


Cool,now can you please tell us about your designing of the TVF Box Office :)

In the mid November, my friend Gaurav told me about the requirement about website development for the movie Sulemani Keeda
After some days i visited their office to discuss the project in detail as we follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

After gathering the required details of the project, I started building the website from Dec first week.
First we developed the backend stuffs and after that we had done designing stuff.
On 18th Jan, we launched our TVF Box Office
On the very first day we faced some problem as we didn't expected so much traffic but after some hours we fixed them all.

Can you tell us some common mistakes Web Developers make and the ways to avoid them?

Massive Images : A common mistakes web developer do is using  large size images.  A big result of using larger images is the increased page load time. There are many tool to fix these.
Not optimizing bandwidth usage : Most development and testing takes place in a local network environment. So they do not take care about Minification of JavaScript, css, Server side HTTP compression
Not developing for different screen sizes like for mobile view, tablet view.

So now after so many successful projects,what are your future plans? :) 

My Future plan is to do a new startup.
I have a idea and currently i am finding the team members.
My plan is for b2b and b2c.


Ending this interview,please share a success strategy to the newbie Web Developers out there

I always wanted to learn from other's mistakes. That's why I created the website whatilearn.today
So that we can try to learn from other's mistakes.Likewise If I get stuck while the development process then I get solutions from various forums like stack overflow or from my seniors.
Also I think making friends and sharing the problems with them helps a lot.
